Today we had our brass showcase concert. The P4/5 class have been working very hard with Mr McClean on the trombone and we invited their parents and the rest of the school to hear and celebrate all that they have done. They played lots of different pieces, with the audience favourite being Mamma Mia! We also heard from Will and Faye who have been learning the trombone for a few years now. They played beautifully and showed the results of lots of hard work and practice. It was also lovely to listen to the P4/5 girls who played at the recorder festival a few weeks ago.
We want to say a big thank you to Mr McClean for teaching the boys and girls and to the mums and dads who have been helping with practice and who came to support us today!
