Patricia from the Livestock and Meat Commission (LMC) visited P5-7 for a cookery demonstration and to talk about eating a balanced diet. We recapped the Eatwell Guide which linked in very well with the P5’s current topic of ‘Healthy and Active’ and we enjoyed trying a tikka mince dish which Patricia cooked for us.
