P3 have been working super hard this week. We wrote fantastic Christmas letters to Santa. We added in wonderful detail and used all the key features of letter writing. We are now writing our own full sentences during comprehension work which is super impressive. We looked at adjectives and identified adjectives in reading books.
For numeracy, we were able to add using long column addition. We even could do the tricky carrying over! We continued to look at our 2D shapes.
We enjoyed our ABL sessions linking in with our new topic Around the World! For PE, we studied maps and played lots of fun orienteering games.
An excellent week in P3!
