As part of ‘Mental Health’ week we spent some time in the school garden practising different yoga poses which we all really enjoyed. Lots of great balancing skills and a chance to sit silently listening to the birds.
One of our numeracy lessons was also outside this week. P3/4 had to find coloured flash cards around the school grounds then read and answer different questions. It was great to be able to take some of our learning outdoors into the sunshine.
