P4/5 News - 17.4.26
P4/5 had a fantastic week and showed great enthusiasm across all areas of learning. In numeracy, they worked very hard to solve one and two step word problems, practised their times tables and demonstrated their skills in reading and interpreting a calendar.
In literacy, the children created wonderful storyboards based on their Easter holidays and demonstrated a strong understanding of how to identify and use pronouns correctly.
We also enjoyed a special visit from a representative of Bessbrook Library, who shared information about the wide range of books available and upcoming events being held. The children impressed our visitor by confidently organising the author’s names into alphabetical order.
In art, the pupils produced beautiful daffodils pictures using oil pastels and watercolours.
Well done to P4/5 for all their hard work 😊
