P6/7 have loved having Jess and Susan, from PlayBoard NI Spaces to Be programme, come into school for 4 sessions to deliver play sessions. Through these sessions the pupils have developed their mental health and a variety of skills, such as teamwork and empathy. The pupils learnt about their emotions and coping skills, what a community is and how we can understand others better by developing an understanding of perspective. We look forward to our final play session with them later this month.
