For World Book Day, we dressed up as a book character and also created a ‘Book in a Box’. Pupils were invited to turn a shoe box into their favourite book. Pupils decorated the outside of the box with wrapping paper, images and pictures from their book. Pupils then filled their box with 3-5 objects which relate to the story of their favourite book. Pupils were able to show their Book in a Box to their classmates and talk about their book. Thank you to Mr Martin (Literacy Coordinator) for organising this.
